Talk about saving the best for last… my troubled, bad boy, black sheep’s story is finally here! 😍😱

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 𝟔/𝟓 𝑂𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑎𝑙𝑙 𝑅𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑛𝑔: Reforming Kent, book number TEN of the Kennedy Boys Series, and the long-awaited and HIGHLY anticipated conclusion to the series that made me fall in love with Siobhan Davis’s writing. Although Reforming Kent IS a standalone, I absolutely recommend reading the rest of the Kennedy Boys Series in order to gain a better grasp and understanding of the Kennedy family dynamic, as well as to have a better reading experience. the Kennedy Boys Series is about a dysfunctional family who’s had their fair share of scandal and drama, and it’s all played out in the public eye. Over the years I have become so invested in this family that as much as I wanted to dive right into Reforming Kent, I held off. I wanted to prolong the pain of finally saying goodbye as long as I possibly could but boy oh boy, once I did jump in… it was impossible to put it down! The series is finally complete and I guarantee once you start, you won’t be able to put them down! Reforming Kent was no different, I was so excited to see the bad boy black sheep finally meet the woman who knocks him to his knees.

Siobhan Davis is an incredible author. She doesn’t shy away from the tough subjects that most romance authors try and avoid which is exactly why she is one of my top one-click authors and I don’t see that changing any time soon. Just when I think “Oh yeah, she’s outdone herself and there is no topping this one!” she releases another unputdownable story that has me eating my words! Davis has truly outdone herself with Reforming Kent. If you are a fan of the Kennedy’s then you know that from the very beginning readers always knew that SOMETHING was going on with Kent, and now we finally have the answers to why this bad boy was so, soo bad. Over the years readers of the Kennedy Boys Series have seen just how bad this bad boy can be but after reading Adoring Keaton… I had just about lost hope for one of my favorite Kennedy’s and I questioned how on earth Davis was going to be able to reform the ultimate bad boy and make him a character that readers could root for. And once again, Davis made me eat my words!

❝𝑯𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒑𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒃𝒆𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒇𝒖𝒍, 𝒉𝒊𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒓𝒐𝒌𝒆𝒏, 𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒔 𝒐𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆.❞

Reforming Kent is NOT going to be an easy read, it’s going to hurt. But trust me, it’s oh so worth it. I HIGHLY recommend not only Reforming Kent by the entire Kennedy Boys Series!

💙 (𝐻) 𝐻𝑒𝑟𝑜: Kent Kennedy, the troubled bad boy, the black sheep, the playboy, the troublemaker. Throughout the Kennedy Boys Series, we have watched Kent push his self-destruct button over and over again. He’s ruined his relationship with the majority of his family members (especially Keaton, one of his triplets) while he abused drugs, alcohol, and sex. He made it hard to like him, much less love him.

But in rare vulnerable moments, we have seen that there could be another side of Kent. Those moments are what drew me to him. There was no doubt that there was SOMETHING that had happened or that was going on with Kent to make him act out the way he was but with each new Kennedy book we only were left with more questions about what was going on with Kent.

His story was one I never saw coming. I never could have imagined that the meanest boy of the series was the most broken one. Everything you think you know about Kent, think again. By the end of the book, the transformation that we see in Kent is MINDBLOWING. We finally meet the actual Kent Kennedy and it was an absolute pleasure.

Presley has big plans and is hoping to eventually own her own tattoo shop but she has her fair share of problems, mainly her drug-addict ex-boyfriend and her gang member foster brother…

We were first introduced to Presley at the end of Adoring Keaton and I just KNEW that she was going to have Kent on his knees! I immediately fell for Pres! She’s independent, strong, resilient, compassionate, street smart, courageous, caring, and loyal. Sometimes loyal to a fault… Presley gave just as good as she got and she didn’t just throw caution to the wind and give into Kent like most of his conquest nor did she hold all those preconceived notions against him because of the way the media portrays him… well not for long anyway. Very quickly Pres sees that there is much more to Kent than meets the eye.

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 𝟓/𝟓 𝑅𝑜𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑒 & 𝑆𝑡𝑒𝑎𝑚: For the first time ever, Kent finds a woman that he wants more from than just her body and he will stop at nothing to make her give him a chance. I loved, loved, LOVED, seeing this whole other side of Kent that Presley brings out of him. She makes him woe her and woe her he does! The flowers, gifts, and meaningful love notes were so incredibly thoughtful and they made me fall for him even more. Kent found someone who understood and accepted him in Presley and she was the perfect heroine for him. The steam… if you’ve ever read anything by Siobhan Davis then I doubt I even need to tell, but if you haven’t then let me just say…😍🤤🥵

❥❥ 𝟚 ❥❥ 𝑆𝑒𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑑𝑎𝑟𝑦 𝐶ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑒𝑟𝑠: One of my favorite things about reading a new Kennedy book is being able to check out what’s going on with the previous Kennedy’s. They have such a supportive family unit that there are always multiple scenes of the main characters and the rest of the family too. But I especially loved those scenes this time around. Watching the gang rally around Kent when things were brought to light… I couldn’t help but shed a few tears.

I didn’t want to but because she has been such a HUGE part of Kent’s story over the years in the other stories, I couldn’t not mention the Wicked Witch of New York… Whitney. Plus I know that some readers were shocked/confused/upset/glad when they found out Whitney was NOT Kent’s forever love, I myself can’t say that I was upset… AT ALL! That relationship was completely toxic and there was so much BAD that Whitney (and Kent too!) had done that there was no way that relationship could have been turned around, I despised Whitney for the way she treated Faye and I just couldn’t see HER being the one who saved our bad boy and helped make him become the best person he could be as our other heroines have done with their Kennedy boy.

Last but certainly not least, Imogen, Presley’s best friend. I am keeping my fingers AND toes crossed hoping for a book about her and Rafe!

🌪 𝐶𝑙𝑖𝑓𝑓ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑔𝑒𝑟 𝑊𝑎𝑟𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔: *Sigh* Nope, no cliffhanger. Reforming Kent was bittersweet. Although the book was a perfect way to end this amazing series, it’s the end of the series and now we have to say goodbye to the fictional family that we all know and love. BUT… there is a whole lot of kids, who knows maybe we’ll get a second-generation series?!?! (HINT, HINT Siobhan!)

⚠️ 𝑇𝑟𝑖𝑔𝑔𝑒𝑟 𝑊𝑎𝑟𝑛𝑖𝑛𝑔: Again, Davis doesn’t shy away from tough subjects and it’s no different in Reforming Kent. There are a couple of difficult subjects that could be considered triggers so, PLEASE READ THE TRIGGER WARNINGS.
