After reading Crucible I couldn’t wait to find out what happened next. It had been quite a while since I read Crucible so I did a quick re-read and remembered exactly why I couldn’t wait for Malady! Malady picks up right where Crucible left off so you definitely need to read Crucible first. Malady is a fast-paced, page-turner that will keep your jaw dropped the entire read trying to figure out what game these psychopaths are going to play next. This is NOT your normal romance, so if that’s what you’re looking for you have come to the wrong place.

This one is a fast-paced, full-throttle read but the ending left a bit to be desired… There’s no cliffhanger and I THINK I get where it goes, but I wish it had been explained a bit more. I just felt like there was SOMETHING missing from that ending. Other than that, another good release from Natalie Bennett.
