Martyris by Yolanda Olson is book #3 in the Cavalieri Della Morte Series.

Yolanda is a newish to me, writer, I’ve read a couple co-writes of hers and I’ve definitely been meaning to check out more of her work so I was thrilled when I found out she was participating in this series! Yolanda absolutely did NOT disappoint!

Gareth, another one of the twelve assassins of the Cavalieri Della Morte under Arthur  Calthorpe’s control.

He has a new mark. but this one is different than the others. No information, no details, just his to go bag, and that’s it.

Gareth feels like there is more to this hit then he’s aware of. The more and more he searches the fewer answers he has of who his target could possibly be.

But then all of a sudden clues start showing up…

That’s when Gareth realizes that there are only two options for who this target could be.

Shew this one was… I can’t even describe it… Just when I thought I knew where Yolanda was going with it… BOOM! Total freakin curveball. I mean seriously, wow. I’m trying to figure out how to put this one is words and… it took me until the day of release to even write this review because I just didn’t want to spoil anything!

If you have read any of the Cavalieri Della Morte series then you know to expect the unexpected, but let me tell you, you will NEVER see the one coming!

Absolutely unexpected, and completely brilliant. I am loving this series!

Go into this one blind you guys. Don’t look at any spoilers, just go read this book!
