Zane and Addy’s “love story” starts off when Addy’s sister Bella and the younger Savage kids, as well as Zane’s little brother, are taken by an opposing Faction, The Stags. Addy and Zane along with they’re group of friends team up and go on the hunt to find they’re family.

It takes a little while for Addy to come around to the idea of Zane making her his, as far as she’s concerned he’s the enemy but if he’s the enemy, then why do these feelings take over every time he puts his hands on her. Once she does come around, boy oh boy did she come…(*uh-hum*) around.

There is soo many twists and turns in this book and I’m sure there is a whole lot more to come. The secondary characters and they’re relationships truly make the story just that much better and I can’t wait to see where all these secrets take this group!

The only part of the story I didn’t really care for is even after Addy and Zane’s first encounter, he still went back and hooked up with the girl he’s been sleeping with even though he couldn’t get Addy off his mind. I don’t care what he did before they met but once they did, I just would have rathered that not of taken place BUT I’m hoping maybe there was a reason for that scene and that maybe there will be more to come from Darrian, beings she’s gone missing as well now.

Natalie Bennett has done it again with Degenerates, all the usual blood and gore, lies, and deception, as well as a whole lot of hot and steamy sex! I have a feeling this next generation is going to be twice as savage as they’re parents and I can’t wait until the next book, Hellions, comes out to see what kind of debauchery happens next!
