Crowded starts off a new assassin series! Introducing us to the team and giving hints at what would come with the rest of the series. Rina Kent is a new to me author & she has done a great job hooking me with this book!
Crow is our anti-hero…but trust me you’ll grow to love him! Crow & the rest of Team Zero were taken off the streets as children and introduced to the Pit. Hades runs the show & along with a psycho doctor helping him out, they came up with a drug called Omega that fueled their blood lust and basically got all of Team Zero hooked on it so he wouldn’t have to question their loyalty, they would need him for their supply. Omega not only controls them, makes them lose all they’re humanity, makes them forget everything about they’re past but it’s also killing them. Crow has had enough of watching his mates, his brothers, die & decides to secretly detox himself.
Crow is out on a hit looking for an unknown target when he’s shot. While trying to escape the hospital he meets “Nurse Betty” A.K.A Eloise.
He threatens her but she’s not scared. Eloise has lost everyone that means something to her, besides her grandfather’s home & her pup Charlotte, she has nothing to live for and has accepted death, she’s living as a shell anyways.
After Crow escapes the hospital, fate steps in and Eloise and Crows path cross once again and that’s when everything changes for the both of them.

I gave Crowded 4 stars because there were a few editing and grammar issues, the grammar could possibly be because they speak in French every once in a while and maybe it’s done the way it is for a reason? I’m not sure but it didn’t take away from the book I still really enjoyed it!
If you like contemporary, suspense, thriller’s, & romance, then this book is for you! There’s a lot more of the story to come but as far as Crow & Eloise they get they’re HEA! I can’t wait to see what else Rina Kent has in store for us!
